We're a real company, run by two real people.
This page is maintained by JD Equity Partners, LLC to answer the common security and privacy questions we get about working with us. It describes what we actually do today — it isn't a certification or an independent audit.

Who does the work
Jason and Daleesa are the co-founders and the people who deliver your services. When you call, text, or email, you reach one of us — not an outsourced call center or a rotating account manager.
Every client also gets a private portal to see their reports, submit requests, and message us in a thread that keeps the full history.
How payments work
Checkout runs on Stripe's hosted payment page. Card numbers are submitted directly to Stripe and never pass through or get stored on our systems.
You see itemized pricing before you pay, get an emailed receipt afterwards, and can download invoices from your portal. Subscriptions can be cancelled from the billing page in your portal — no phone-call retention gauntlet.
Signing in and account access
Portal access uses email sign-in links and passwords with leaked-password protection enabled. Accounts are separated from one another at the database level, so one client's data is not reachable from another client's account.
Administrative screens are restricted to our own staff accounts and are enforced on the server, not just hidden in the interface.
What we collect, and why
To build your proposal we ask for your name, your business name, and a short description of what you do. If you buy, we collect billing contact details and the information needed to deliver the services you purchased.
We use publicly available information about your business — your website, listings, and public reviews — to prepare recommendations. We do not ask for, and will never store, passwords to your third-party accounts.
We don't sell your data. Full detail lives in our Privacy Policy.
Providers we rely on
Running the platform means trusting a short list of established providers:
Stripe — Payments, subscriptions, invoices and receipts
Card details are entered on Stripe's hosted checkout. We never see or store card numbers.
Supabase — Database, authentication, and file storage
Your account, requests, and uploaded files live here, protected by per-account access rules.
Resend — Transactional email delivery
Sends sign-in links, receipts, and reply notifications from our domain.
Firecrawl — Public web research
Reads publicly available pages about your business to prepare your proposal.
PostHog — Product analytics
Tells us which parts of the site people use so we can fix what's confusing.
Google — Advertising measurement
Measures which ads bring visitors here. Controlled by your cookie choice.
Cookies and tracking
We ask for your cookie choice on your first visit and honour it. Declining turns off optional analytics and advertising cookies; the site still works. You can change your mind any time from the cookie banner link.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your information for as long as you're a client and for as long afterwards as we need it for accounting and legal records. Transient operational logs are cleaned up automatically.
Want a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion? Email JDEquityPartners@gmail.com and we'll confirm within 1 business day.
What we put in writing
Before you pay, you review and accept a plain-English service agreement, and we store the exact version and timestamp you agreed to. If we update the agreement, you are asked to review the new version rather than being silently opted in.
Read the Terms of Service any time — including scope of work, billing, cancellation, and refunds.
Reporting a security concern
Found something that looks wrong? Email JDEquityPartners@gmail.com with the subject "Security report". We investigate every report and will not pursue action against good-faith researchers who give us a chance to fix the issue first.
Where our responsibility ends and yours begins
We're responsible for how this platform handles your data, for the accuracy of what we tell you, and for the work you've paid for.
You're responsible for keeping your own sign-in credentials private, for the accuracy of information you give us, and for the accounts you connect to your portal. Our providers are responsible for the security of their own platforms.
Questions we get asked before people pay
Short, direct answers. If yours isn't here, call or email — you'll reach a founder.
